Assistant Executive Housekeeper
Job Summary
Responsible for the scheduling, supervising and training of all housekeepers, house persons, floor supervisors, lobby attendants and laundry Associates. Administer the housekeeper's incentive program through daily room inspections. Ensure that we have adequate inventory of operating supplies to meet business needs (linen, cleaning supplies, operating supplies etc.) Assists with monthly linen inventory, maintains excellent working relations and communications with front desk Associates and engineering Associates to ensure Madison Hotel Room Standards are met.
Special Qualification, Education or Licenses:

At least 3 to 4 years previous housekeeping supervisory experience preferably in a hotel/luxury property. Please DO NOT apply if you do not have at least 3-4 yrs experience as housekeeping supervisor.

Ability to interact with floor supervisor, front desk personnel, house person and Madison Hotel team members.

Ability to lift thirty (30) pounds.

Ability to interact with guests and other employees in a courteous, empathetic and discreet manner.

Ability to read and write effectively, including maintaining filing systems.

Friendly and courteous to guests and fellow employees in accordance with standards of gracious hospitality.

Answer guests' questions and/or knows how to refer guests to appropriate department.
