Guarantee and cancellation policy for all packages:

• All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card that will be authorized at the time of booking.
• Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to 3:00 pm arrival time or one night's room and tax penalty will be charged as no-show to the credit card.
• *Early departure fee: $50.00
• *Late check out fee: 1/2 day room rate after 12 Noon, 1 full day room rate after 5 pm.
